Shipping and Returns
Shipping
We ship orders within the Continental United States and internationally.
- All original paintings are packaged and shipped and sent via Fedex, OCS Studio Art Service or Hedleys, INC.
- Prints are shipped from Bay Photo in Scotts Valley, California via UPS or USPS.
- Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number.
- Please allow 5-12 business days from the date of your order to your delivery date.
- Please include your phone number so Samantha Kaplan or Skyline Art Prints can contact you if necessary.
Damage During Shipping
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email photos at info@samanthakaplanart.com.
- Once the item is returned, you will be issued a full refund or a replacement.
Return Policy
- You have 30 days from the day the item was purchased to return a print or painting.
- All items are expected to arrive in the same condition they were sent in. Please include all paper and packaging.
- Once the item is returned in perfect condition, you will receive a full refund.
- If the item is received after 30 days of the original order was placed, you will not be eligible for your original credit and you will have to pay for shipping back to the original delivery address.
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

"My husband and I moved into our new home and was inspired by Samantha's artwork. We wanted to fill our home with some of her paintings, and purchased an original (Morning Mist) and two of her prints (After, and Sacred Land).
We loved "Morning Mist" and it hangs over our fireplace. It creates a stark contrast with the function of our fireplace. Samantha's paintings embody so much energy, and provides the viewer with a glimpse into an etherial world where wonder exists. Her originals have a textural layer that provides an extra dimension into these heavenly landscapes.

The one thing I can say is that Samantha is such a reasonable and nice person. She loves what she does, and works really hard to make sure that she embodies her creative window into her paintings. We've made a personal visit to her studio, and was astounded by all of her active paintings, and the sheer scale of some of the paintings. She is such a beautiful person, and a delight to talk to. We highly recommend seeing the works in person, and definitely talk to Samantha, she has a really good sense in reading people and determining what works for them.
